EWS Educational Trust, the independent charity that helps people achieve their personal developmental goals, has today unveiled its new, user friendly website: www.ewset.co.uk. Having asked for the thoughts of those who have submitted applications in the past, the Trust has smoothed the technical process of applying for grants through the site, which has a new look in addition to being easier to use. The Trust has improved the application process so it is now easier, for example, to upload files and for applicants to see how much progress they have made. Another key change is that applicants can leave their application at any point and return to that point sometime later. Marion Esfandiari, the Trust’s administrator, said the Trust had listened to those who found the original website a bit of a challenge. “The Trust is all about helping people, so we felt it absolutely the right thing to do to improve our own processes.”
